Those awarded a Damehood are:

Commanders of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) include:

  • May Storrie for services to business and philanthropy
  • Marie Macklin for services to economic regeneration and entrepreneurship in Scotland
  • Bridget McConnell for services to culture
  • Ali Smith for services to literature
  • Bill Whyte for services to youth justice in Scotland

Officers of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) include:

  • Pauline Howie for services to NHS Scotland and to the Scottish Ambulance Service
  • David Rae FRSE for services to horticulture and education
  • Liz Cameron for services to business and commerce
  • Mike Cantlay for services to the tourism and hospitality industry in Scotland
  • Martyn Wade for services to culture in Scotland

Among those receiving a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM) are:

  • Marion Henderson for services to the Post Office and to the community in Brechin
  • Mark Wylie for services to sport in the Shetland Isles and to charity abroad
