Media Briefing - Wednesday 28th January 2015
The Scottish Government Spokesperson (SGS) welcomed journalists to the briefing and ran through key events of the day.
The SGS informed journalists that earlier today Keith Brown visited Glasgow Prestwick Airport to meet with management and local stakeholders.
He said that Fergus Ewing would be making a statement on fracking to the Parliament at 14:40.
The SGS added that Derek Mackay will visit Kincraig today to view the progress being made to construct the first stretch of the A9 Dualling Programme between Perth and Inverness.
The SGS informed journalists that Ministers are receiving regular updates on weather throughout the day, Transport Scotland will issue an update on weather preparations later today.
The SGS added that the first meeting of Energy Jobs Taskforce will take place later today in Aberdeen.
