While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

After the election of Humza Yousaf as SNP Leader, this photo was taken with the leaders of the Scottish Green Party at St. Andrews House.

Can you confirm if.

• The photo was taken by the Scottish government? No.
• Does the Scottish government have the rights to the photo? No.

If the government has the rights, can it.

• Send me a copy of the photo via email exempt under section 17 - information not held.
