Scottish Government employee office attendance statistics: FOI release

Information requested

Could you supply a list of every Scottish Government building/HQ and the percentage of employees who attended the office to work in the first three weeks of January 2024 and every week in December 2023?

Could you supply a list of every Scottish Government building/HQ and the percentage of employees who attended the office to work in every week of September 2023?

Could you supply a full list of buildings which the Scottish Government have been told have RAAC? Can you break this down into regions, and include details of what the building is i.e. specific schools? For private/residential homes, these can just be numbers.

How many buildings in total have confirmed RAAC?

Questions 1 and 2.
The information sought is not held in the form requested. The table below sets out the number of building users who used each building, expressed as a percentage of overall building capacity. This data is presented for each of the weeks requested, using a representative time for a given day within that week. Other buildings within the SG estate do not have centralised systems which capture that data so figures for these buildings are not available. This information is therefore not held and section 17(1) of FOISA applies.

In respect of questions 3 and 4 no Scottish Government buildings have identified the presence of RAAC (noting that survey work is continuing).
